It is the *black switch* models that are in the recall, not the *white
switch*, so you should be OK. 

Check the website which states: "There has been one complaint involving
loose and unfastened wires. In addition APOLLO is aware of one reported
fire incident associated with the product." The refund they are offering
is $66 plus $4.80 shipping which isn't bad considering what most of us
paid for these. I have one black switch model that is a spare that I
will be sending back, and two white switch ones (marked UL listed) that
I have been using and will continue to use.
