It hasn't yet been four weeks.  I haven't received anything from them in
less than three weeks and that's without the holiday rush.  Plus, I
believe that the stereo processing/mounting service had been moved from
NJ to MN or something like that.

Be patient and they will find their way back home.

P.S. This plus the additional processing charges they add prompted me to
learn how to mount my own Realist format slides.  I now shoot Fuji 100
and have it locally processed (4 hour by a "really nice" guy) and mount
when I get time (i.e. between 11:00pm and 1:00am)
