You could always take out an add in the 3D issue.


I understand that there is a certain production cost to maintaining
data. I do it my self. I also understand that NSA could derive 
some revenue from the sale of the directory. But if it costs
$5.00 to produce it and that is what you charge, then exploring
other means of distribution might be worthwhile. There are any
number of us who would actively host a directory site. Hopefully
you are gathering your directory data electronically, in other
words, you are creating some sort of database. If that is the 
case, then I'm sure someone would do the online publishing gratis.

Let's take a different tack. If one were to buy a copy of the 
directory on a floppy, then put it up on the internet, what would
your response be? Cooperative, combative? I'm not trying to be
difficult, just trying to understand the situation.
