On the contrary, as they were originally designed and produced by the firm of 
Albion Engineering (the same company as produced the Hawk projector), when 
the owner of the company decided to retire a few years ago one of the members 
of the Stereoscopic Society who owns an engineering and machining company 
bought the dies and the rights to the Albion Foils, and they are now in 
production again.

Indeed several of the normal stereo suppliers were negotiating prices, but 
I'm not directly involved, so I don't know the outcome for those of you in 
America.

However they are one of the stock items that the Equipment Secretary of the 
Society carries as a service to our members.
