We were not talking about the Aluminum Albion mask which is currently 
avaialble from many 3d suppliers, but a similar design in cardboard 
where a "U" shaped cut was made above and below each window aperture. 
This allowed the film chip to be slid under and positioned with 
adjustments in all four directions - just like the Albion.

Does anyone know who, what, where, when about these cardboard masks?
