No Scala does not depolarize. I have had no problems
projecting it with my TDC 716 which has the polarizers
between the lamp and the slide. It has been reported
that it is more heat sensitive than color films, and
that it can be damaged in some projectors. I haven't
had problems in my projector, but it may have better
heat filters than most. Test a reject slide in your
own projector before projecting your good stuff.
