The best source for Russian stereosystems (in English) is
probably: 

N. A. Valyus  "Stereoscopy", The Focal Press, London and 
NewYork 1966 (The original Russian book was published in 1962).

Ivanov's raster stereo projection system is amply discussed in 
the book, which has 426 pages. Published in the USSR era, it 
has in many places the tone characteristic of the era, (the 
USSR was second on the list of Most Chauvinistic Countries - 
which was and is first needs no discussion :-)). But the book 
seems reliable on the details of Russian systems.
