[photo-3d] Flash

Does anyone know how I can increase the power of the Loreo flash?
It must be one of the most ineffectual flasguns ever produced.
If I strip down a one shot Fuji or Kodak camera and remove the 
tube, will it improve the Loreo flash if I install it in place of the 
original.
