Andre,

I've never made a beamsplitter myself, but I've worked on them
and modified them.

The mirrors are at a 45-degree angle. The outer mirrors have to
be bigger than the inner mirrors. The inner mirrors have to touch
each other, making a "V."

If someone who has actually made a beamsplitter doesn't contact
you, e-mail me and I'll take some measurements from my
factory-made beamsplitters.
