[photo-3d] Belplasca features

I'm thinking about buying a Belplasca if I can find one at a
not-too-unreasonable price.  However, as I've never actually laid
hands on one, I have some questions about features, etc.  Does this
camera have a range finder?  Is it in a separate window from the view
finder (as on the Realist)?  Does it have separate film advance and
shutter cocking controls?  What are the ranges of shutter speeds and
apertures? 

Come to think of it, I'd also appreciate answers to the above
questions vis. the Revere 33.
