You may be able to find a local art supply store or similar that will
cut mat boards for you. I don't know of any source for precut rounded
cards. A good corner rounder such as the Lassco model 20 that will cut
mat board is pricey ($75ish on ebay and about twice that new, I think)
but perhaps you could find one to borrow.

Lighter weight corner-rounder punches sold for "scrapbooking" could
handle just the photos. I use the 3M PMA as an adhesive. 

Another option that some people like, especially when first starting out
with cards, is the foldover Q-Vu mounts:

have gone to traditional cards as I like more flexibility in
cropping/setting the window, beyond the two aperture widths offered by
Q-Vu. -Linda
