[photo-3d] Belplasca features/range finder

I picked up a small range finder that will fit onto the shoe of my
Belplasca.  It is even calibrated in meters!  I purchased it from
http://www.manfredschmidt.com/.  Now if we can find an easier/less
expensive way to mount 7p slides...
