This is simple. Both lenses screw in and out for focus adjustment. It 
is best to "seat" one of the lenses by screwing it all the way in (I 
always have my left lens set). With only that lamp on focus with the 
focus knob. Without touching anything turn that lamp off and turn on 
the other one. Now reach around and screw that lens either in or out 
until it is focused. Now turn on both lamps and use the focus knob for 
fine tuning both lenses together.
