[photo-3d] hypers airplane and lightning

Hypers from airplanes are great. I have hypered clouds from both sides
now. You almost can't advance your film fast enough manually, a motor
drive or progressive digital video would be nice, maybe burst mode in
digital cameras. Also, level flight and sideways shots are best. Wing
inclusion is annoying and window scratches are always worse on the sunny
side of the aircraft. Thunder clouds are impressive.
Stereo lightning would be nice night photography. The shutters of both
cameras need to remain open until the strike is over. A friend with
another Realist or a twin something with a cable release and B settings
would do. Soak in the image as night will not easily overexpose your
shot at a nominal f 5.6 - only the lightning can do that. Radio contact
is probably overkill. Pointing the cameras and correcting tilt would
seem the worst part.
BTW, 40 ft separation shows depth in clouds out to about 3 miles away,
150 ft does 10 miles well. No trees in the foreground please....
