The re-emergence of the moon hyperstereo thread makes
this a good time to point out that:

  - Charles Piper discusses this topic in "The Technical
Page." AFAIR, he discusses both the sunset/sunrise
technique and the technique utilizing wobble.

  - The complete Photo-3D archives are an enormously
rich resource. There is a by-digest searchable version
on the archives on calcite (usually) and a by-post
searchable version on Marco Pauck's site at:
    http://www.pauck.de/archive/mailinglist/mailinglist.html

I don't bring up these points to supress the thread, but to
make these resources known to a lot of list newcomers (and
to remind any old-timers who have been "meaning to" utilize
these resources!).

Purchase The Technical Page (a collection of articles
originally publised in the SCSC newsletter) by sending
a check for $15 directly to the author:
     Charles A. Piper
     26810 Fond Du Lac Road
     Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274

All proceeds benefit SCSC.

One reason for mentioning the archives is that I don't think
the posts on this thread this time around have yet covered
as much info as is already in the archives! This moon 3D
technique is one I've never been able to commit to memory,
so it's great to know I can quickly find a lot of discussion
about it when needed just by searching the archives.
