[photo-3d] Parallel and Cross-eyed Slideshow("Aerial Views")

Hi, all.

I've been experimenting with a slideshow format for
web pages which allows both cross-eyed and parallel
layouts to be viewed without using 3 images. David
Kesner has kindly allowed me to use his excellent
aerial views to experiment with. He even provided a
few that he hadn't posted earlier. You can see the
"Aerial Views" show at my website www.pokescope.com

The slideshow is design to reduce the amount of redundant
downloading of images which often occurs when browsing
stereo images on the web. You can step forward and
backward through the slideshow or you can go to any
particular image. A description of each image is located
below the viewport to help you select views of interest.
You can also set the slideshow to automatically advance at
various speeds. Once an image is downloaded, it doesn't
need to be downloaded again if you view it again. so the
slideshow will run faster the second time through.

If you decide to take a look, I'd appreciate hearing about
any features which don't seem to be working correctly.

Thanks!
