[photo-3d] Using flash on Nimslo

Recently obtained a Nimslo and am taking it for a test drive.  Question:
When using a flash (vivitar 283 in this case) what F-stop should I set the
flash? (asa 100 film)  What is Nimslo's default f-stop with flash attached?
