I'm don't know if they have exactly what you need, but the 
Reflectalite people in England are very pleasant to deal with 
(though they didn't accept credit cards when I placed my order).

I recently got a bunch of their GH 164 halogen (push-in 5.2v 
4.4w) bulbs for a Combi light attachment that were very 
economical. The bulbs turned out to be of Japanese make. 
These are clear, but I later found out that the supplier will 
sandblast them for a minimal charge. In many cases, a frosted 
bulb gives evener illumination, and home grinding requires 
access to tools.
