Here' the latest email from ebay regarding the category change.  Perhaps
it's worthwhile writing to the Product Group directly.

"Hello Dalia,

Thank you for writing back concerning the move of the Stereo photography
equipment category.

Actually, yes, the product development team is responsible for all site
changes including the category issues. Since the eBay site is the "end
product" their actual job is product development of the eBay site.
Basically, they oversee all of the eBay developments and changes that
are suggested by our members.  If you'd like, you're most welcome to
write to them directly at:

or
categories@xxxxxxxx

if you have a specific category request.  Once received, they'll be
happy to hear how we may improve our eBay site for everyone.  While we
can't guarantee that the suggestions you make will be implemented, they
will be happy to look into them for potential site changes.
