Hi Tom.  Is this advice for the sellers?  Why is it 
an advantage to close the sale at an off-peak time?

Also, ebay offers 3, 5, 7, or 10 day long auctions (just
now ebay put a $0.20 surcharge for 10 day auctions)
So only if you select 7 days, you close at the same date
that you start.
