The Hasselblad XPAN (actually manufactured by Fuji as the TX-1) can
make 65x24mm images.

In the MF3D Folio II Joel Alpers has a slide bar pair taken with a
Russian Horizon 35mm panoramic camera.  This isn't what you plan to
do, but it is interesting.  The Horizon takes 58x24mm images, but it
is a swing lens camera with a curved film plane.
