The only time I use RBT mounts is when I am sending to an
overseas exhibition that requires it. While pinching,
twisting, and bending might work I want to know for sure that
my chips don't slip so I tape them down with the same silver
mylar tape I use with Spicer mounts. I tape the free end of
the film chip and not the pin bars.
I highly recommend this silver mylar tape over all others. It
can be found at Rocky Mountain Memories.
