[photo-3d] Collectors value = commercial value????

We in Holland have to pay 19% tax when importing something from outside the Europe (roughly said). I really can't understand the behaviour of sellers on eBay who  tell in their eBay ad that they īnsist to declare on the customs form the (sometimes ridiculous, I have tto confess)) high auction end value of an item. I don't know their reasons to do so. Commercial value differs from collectors value I  should think. Perhaps someone can explain??
