Sorry for the delay, but I finally just had the
opportunity to do more investigation regarding
David's "porno" ladybugs image. Currently at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/photo-3d/files/DrDave/Ladybugs.jpg

I measure the far points as having nearly 20% more
separation than the near points.  That does not make
for comfortable viewing of the entire image at once.
(A good guideline is 5%.)

David, did you do any measurements on the image?
