It should be possible to display stereo pairs to one half the screen width,
either parallel (for use with a viewer such as the Pokescope) or transposed
for crossed eye free viewing (which does not have any size limitation).
Of course, if you like full screen images without anaglyphic color
distortions, you can always use the shutter glasses system.
