None of the above shows in any way that orthoscopy is the opposite of
pseudoscopy. It only shows that the word exists, and has been used by many
people.
The two words are not related in any way other than being referential to
imaging. It would be as absurd to make this connection as to say that
orthoscopy is the opposite of microscopy.
Many words and terms have been misused, especially in the field of
stereoscopy. Just because someone misuses a word, and someone else picks up
the misuse and perpetuates it does not make it correct. It just
unnecessarily adds confusion and makes communication that much more
difficult.
