[photo-3d] What if the RBT shows up in ebay?

There is some question on whether we could stop
or affect the sale of this particular camera... This
was sent to me:

You can email every bidder and ask them to retract
their bid. If the auction is over you can email the highest
bidder and explain the situation and ask them not to go
forward with the transaction. While the auction is in
progress you can contact ebay and ask them to terminate
the auction until the legal ramifications are cleared.

Once the potential buyers are notified, I don't think
many people would be happy to carry Grant's RBT
around... Of course it only takes one person... but the
main point here is to let people know what is going
on and have this guy understand the situation and
convince him to accept a reasonable reward rather
than try to sell the camera.
