There are exceptions to every rule, but basically if you look at the stereo
window this way, you should not get into trouble: The stereo window is the
plane of convergence, and is usually determined by the final frame edges,
whether the slide mount window or the screen edge masking. As such, if you
always make sure that you see all of anything that is in front of the
window, there should be no problem. It is only when objects that are closer
than the stereo window are partially occluded that you are going to violate
the stereo window.
