Grant, instead of small claims court, how about going
to "Judge Judy" or one of the other TV court programs?
Think of the publicity for 3D photography! Of course
you would submit some of your best 3D slides into
evidence, and provide your seriously upgraded 3D viewer
so the judge could view them. The judge will let out a
wild "WOW, this is INCREDIBLE" after looking into the
viewer. Then you explain how easy it is to make *real*
3D photos that will amaze all manner of family and
friends, and millions of people all across the country
will instantly learn about this wonderful "lost art" of
stereo photography. You'll be responsible for bringing
back the 1950s 3D photo boom!
You could even make some remarks about how the poor viewers
at home missed out on experiencing the same thrill the
judge did. Say it's because the TV broadcast business
hasn't been doing all that it could to develop 3D TV
broadcasts, but they can go to their local 3D Imax to
experience what it could be like. Then slip in a little
mention of how all movies could be 3D. Soon both the film
industry and television would have to start scrambling to
satisfy the incredible demand from consumers for 3D content!
What an opportunity!
;-)
Still amazed at Grant's equanimity over this,
Paul Talbot
