I would like to second what John has said.

When I first got my RBT Macro Attachment I had some serious
lens flare problems. It was sent back to Germany where they
did some testing and modifications and sent it back to me. I
ran some more film through it and although improved I still
had some flare problems. Once again it was sent back to
Germany and this time they did extensive testing and came up
with a way to completely fix the problem.

I must say that I have sent around images in SSA Folios that
had this flare problem and the majority of people said they
either couldn't see it or that it didn't matter. I am
obviously a lot more critical of my images and can spot even
the most minute problem. RBT had no problem agreeing there was
a problem both times.

Because of my problems RBT recalled all Macro Attachments and
retro-fitted them with the improvements. This was done through
3D Concepts so the units didn't have to go back to Germany.
All my work as well as all the retro-fits were done free of
charge.

I realize that these units are very expensive and you would
want that kind of service. However in this day and age it is
the exception and not the norm.

If anyone is contemplating buying an RBT or any product from
3D Concepts rest assured that you will receive the finest
service available on the planet!
