I have been speaking to the company for some time and it seems they can no longer supply the entire unit - the bracket that makes it fit to the lence can no longer be manufactured. The owner was however prepared to send me the parts for the bracket if I could drill myself, overall however they are very friendly and helpfull

  The attachment was originally made for 8mm/16mm cine cameras but it 
  should work with video. Spondon Film Services (UK) also produce an 
  attachment for full colour polaroid £D movies.  If you have a video
