[photo-3d] TV anaglyphs (was: digital video)

in http://it.egroups.com/message/scpf/8 I showed one frame from my experiments of direct anaglyph videos. I used a NuView-like attachment and R&C filters, and my camcorder adjusted colours in a wrong wrong way, but I believe that the results wouldn't have been MUCH better even if I used a fully adjustable video camera and an anaglyphic add-on for film cameras.
Furthermore, I read nearly anywhere (and noticed by myself) anaglyphs do badly in TV. Even the anaglyphic videos from 3d movies are flattened by colour rendering of TV CRTs and ghosting is enhanced. I noticed this phenomenon both with videos from old BW movies (R+B glasses) and from colur movies (R+C spexx).
http://www.3dmagic.com/spacespex/spacespex.html proposes Yellow + Blue for anaglyph videos, and shows some samples. Those samples seem higly unsatisfatifactory to me, but I can only see them on the monitor of my PC, so it might well be YB anaglyphs really do better in TV. Did anybody in this list ever see a 3d YB VHS or broadcast?
Sergio
