Another issue with NLE systems is that footage digitized in the 
"draft" mode is sometimes not 2 field video but single field to save 
disk space.  Also be conscientious of field sequence (especially when 
mastering back to tape).  Sometimes if you shoot analog and output to 
digital, you may introduce a field dominance problem.
