And give up 4p mounts too? These are just the ticket for certain 
close-ups, or masking out what would be window violations in 
larger mounts, not to mention dedicated half-frame systems. 
Imho, 4p projected to fill the vertical height of a landscape 
format screen doesn't look lonely or strange; if anything, the 
framing becomes more dramatic, the subject more 
concentrated, the variation quite welcome, when shown among 
a group of wider images.
