[photo-3d] Pushing Kodachrome 200

Kodachrome 200 can be pushed two stops and for that reason it
has been a favorite of professional rock and roll concert
photographers - Its fairly grainy, but the blacks hold up well
when the film is pushed - It this respect it is better than
films like Ektachrome 1600P, which is a 400 speed film
designed for push processing - Fuji Provia also makes a 400
speed film designed for push processing - and when I last used
it about three years ago, the results were similar to the
       the Ektachrome product.

The good news is there have been improvements in higher
speed slide films in the last three years - I had excellent
results with Ektachrome E200 pushed two stops - The blacks
were excellent and the grain was good - although it might
not be fair to compare it with 400 films pushed two stops.
