Beseler?  Charles Beseler, the darkroom/shrink wrap/steel shelving 
people in New Jersey?  Voightlander has nothing to do 
with them at all.  The rights to the Voightlander name are 
owned by the same company that makes the Cosina camera.  They also 
are the OEM for the Nikon FM10 and the Olympus OM2000.
