Having been the workshop chairman at 3 or 4 NSA conventions, the total number 
of official forms received was in the low single digits for all years 
combined.  I solicited workshops from knowledgable people who had 
demonstrated a willingness to share their skills (and time) with other 3Ders. 
 I also asked for people to volunteer their friends :-)

This has worked out rather well in the past.  This needs to start about now, 
since the program needs to go to press in a few months.  If this has been 
addressed already, my apologies.  I am about a week behind in E-mail.
