I highly recommend "Cyberworld 3D" at the Luxor Hotel's IMAX Theater. 
Also, the "Escape from Venice" ride at The Venetian is worth going 
to. The "Race to Atlantis" ride at Caesars Palace has good 3D but the 
resolution of the CGI in the IMAX movie was rather disappointing to 
me.

It's not 3D related, but Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas 
Hilton is very enjoyable and should not be missed. You can take some 
great 3D shots of the spaceship models!
