[photo-3d] anaglyph prints

Yes, anaglyphs from inkjet printers can look quite excellent- I use them as
proofs for professional offset print jobs. But I maintain that the color
space of cmyk cannot equal the rgb color space of a monitor... the
extinction that a monitor offers always beats the best cmyk print (in my
opinion).

In almost every case (including StereoJets and image pairs) a backlit image
beats a reflective print (also, my opinion!)
