VREX certainly sell some of their (well Ray Hannisons) videos converted
to PAL standard (note that I said converted..)

Of the 40 or so 3D (Field Sequential) video's I own, only 1 (yes one) is
PAL, all the others are NTSC! All these NTSC tapes play back fine on a
standard (cheap) VCR that supports NTSC playback and a TV that can synch to
60Hz.
