S3D Camera Hacking Book

I wanted to thank everyone for their interest and comments on the book.  
For those who are interested in how it reads and the general approach 
that is taken, Greg Erker (erker@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) has been kind enough to 
post a couple scanned pages from it on his www site.  It's the first two
