S3D Q: map reader

Is anyone familiar with the Stereo Comparagraph, a U.S. Army-issue
stereoscopic map reader? This unit was manufactured by QOS Corporation,
New York NY, and comes packaged in a green wooden box, complete with
accessories, interchangeable lenses, spare bulbs, etc.

If anyone can assess the value of this unit, and/or is interested in it,
an off-list response would be appreciated.
