S3D Re: WTB: Slide Carrier for TDC

OK:

- TDC 116's carrier is 8p wide (40 mm to be exact).  Does not need
  to be modified to show up to full frame.

- TDC 716's (single) carrier is only 25 mm wide.  This needs to be
  modified. I CAN DO IT! (for only $35 plus return shipping :-))

- Selectron Carrier (for either 116 or 716) is also 25 mm wide.
  The only person I am aware of who has widened the slectron is
  Elliott Swanson.   I cannot do it!
