Jasper Engineering vertical mount with "Toe-In" feature ... $115 pp 

Adjustable for any pair of cameras.  If you have tried to take close ups 
(portraits) with longer lenses with SLRs bottom-to-bottom, you know that

New this sells for $145 & S&H.  Mine is practically new.  I traded in
a Realist with someone who used it only once.  Now I have no use for 
it (thanks to the RBT!).  Price ($115) includes postage in the USA.
(Outside the USA it will be a bit more...)
