On the contrary, we have had nothing but success with
UPS. Wolfgang has pick up and delivery every day at the
store.  We ship just about everything via UPS.  We have
had a couple of packages lost years ago before tracking
but not since tracking started.  We had one claim for
something that arrived broken at other end.  No problem,
quick payment back to us as the sender and we refunded
the customer.  Large or small UPS seems the best.  Less
"bulk" than mail overall and quick service.  

I think there are some faults with all carriers -- but
we give UPS a thumbs up from our end!!!
