S3D RE: FS 2.8 Realist package

The 2.8 Realist package has been sold.

I was surprised by the number of responses I received. I guess I 
should have either asked more or put it on eBay *{;-)

And just for the record, all the responding people who wanted the 
camera were more than happy to provide me with images. I did get 
one or two responses somewhat chastizing me for adding this 
requirement (although they did not want the camera).
