I've put an KinDar ultra close-up stereo lens on Ebay.
This lens was designed by Seton Rochewite for the Exakta VX SLR camera in the 
early 60's. It splits a full frame into two 4 sprocket images. 
Focus from 3-9 inches with included supplementary lenses.
Through-the-lens image viewing.

Exakta VX 2a camera is included.
