No, but you missed this part:

Which means, no matter what the highest bid is, I
will tell people (including the highest bidder) that
they can get their copy from Shab Levy.  I did not
put this there to make money.  I put it to promote
the SSA's efforts.  I am sorry if I did not make this
clear... I will modify my listing to reflect this.

In the meanwhile I received a couple of messages
asking me for details.  I found Shab's message
and here it is:
