    All Post Offices would be required to accept Postal
Money Orders, made in USA dollars--but not all cashiers like
them--and some sellers might not distinguish between
dislike, and dis-acceptance!  If someone says their local PO
refuses them--find out the zipcode of the office, and then
forward a complaint to the Postal Service
