As it turns out, I only found 7 copies.  5 go to ebay and
the other 2 got to the first people to respond (I received
8 responses).  Sorry to disappoint you but there is still
hope... it is called ebay.  If I am not mistaken, the rules
of the Dutch auctions state that the 5 books will go the
five top bidders at the price of the lowest bid among
them, which could be $5.  A higher than $5 bid will
bump you up and increase the chances of getting a copy
and you might still pay only $5 (plus shipping).  But
if more than 5 people bid more than $5 each then the
price will go higher.
